Our team is relatively new to social media so learning about unfamiliar terms like ‘handle’ and ‘hashtag’ has been quite interesting for us. We traditionally produce resources that have a lot of text so keeping our messages short and sweet wasn’t easy at first. Having got to grips with it though we are now really enjoying this new way of communicating, and are steadily growing in followers.
You may have already seen our corporate account, @rpharms, and our Faculty account, @RPSFaculty, but @RPSsupport is different. Our main priority is supporting RPS members. We keep you informed about hot topics and news, notify you when a new RPS resource is published, and give you a flavour of our common enquiries. We are here to assist and guide you through your day-to-day practice so that you have the information required to deal with any matters arising. @RPSsupport also provides you with another way of contacting us, so if you have a question about us or your practice, or would like to share an opinion or start a discussion, please tweet us. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and we would love to hear from you.
